Entry Requirements

Based on the latest local guidelines, attendees are no longer required to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test OR vaccination for entry. However, the California Department of Health strongly recommends that all attendees are fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to attending the event.

Please be sure to check the specific event page for the latest entry requirement details ahead of arriving to the venue for your show. Ticket purchasers will also receive direct emails with important information leading up to the show.  Please note that requirements and venue protocols (such as testing and vaccination) are subject to change, so be sure to check back closer to your event date for the latest information.

What is your bag policy?

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our new bag policy:    

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5", does not need to be clear) 
Box Office Info?
+

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office will be open on day-of-show only. If you’re looking to purchase tickets, we ask you to visit us at www.livenation.com.

If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled or rescheduled, visit www.livenation.com/refund for more information. We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming shows!

If you purchased tickets at the box office, please call the Box Office at (951) 779-9800 to leave a message and we will get back to you. 

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

 

Where do I park?

There is no parking specifically for the venue, however, there are nearby lots and metered parking that are free after 6pm and on weekends.

Ticketmaster Locations?
+

Tickets for all shows at Riverside Municipal Auditorium are available at all Ticketmaster locations nationwide. In addition, tickets are available online at www.Ticketmaster.com.

Facility Restoration Fee?
+

Please note there is a facility restoration fee of $2 per ticket through all sales channels.

Do children under a certain age require a ticket?
+

All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age. Please note that some events have an age restriction and valid photo ID will be checked before entering the venue.

Media Enquiries

For access to the protected media section of the site, or for more information about press access to individual shows, please contact the Administrative Office at (951) 779-9804. Genuine media enquiries only, please.

Does RMA allow smoking?
+

There is no smoking inside the venue, however, there is an outside area that can be accessed for smoking.

Does RMA have an ADA area?
+

The RMA has an accessible area. Please notify an usher to assist you upon entering the venue.

Does RMA have food and beverages available for purchase?
+

The RMA has several bars located throughout the venue that serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, there are also snacks being offered.

How can I find out about all the upcoming shows?

There are several ways! Our website has all the upcoming shows listed in order of date. Also, you can like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter or Instagram or sign up for our newsletter, which offers special deals and promotions.

Does RMA offer VIP packages?
+

Yes. RMA has VIP Balcony seating available for majority of the shows as well as VIP amenities. For more information, please contact VIPRiverside@LiveNation.com.

Are cameras allowed at RMA?
+

This depends on the artist/performer's policies. Typically, non-flash photography is permitted. No professional cameras are permitted unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Audio or video recording is almost never allowed unless otherwise noted.

Will Call Information?
+

If you have tickets at will call, you may pick up your tickets 2 hours prior to the performance date/time. Valid photo I.D. of the original purchaser must be presented to pick up tickets.

What should I know when coming to a show?
+

Please make sure to read the door and show times on your ticket text. When you arrive to the venue, you may enter through Lemon Street entrance. To ensure the safety of our guests, all bags and persons are subject to search upon entering. Ushers and staff are available for any questions should you need assistance.

Where is the lost and found if I left something at the venue?
+

Lost items are recovered from shows at the end of the night. You may call the box office during business hours to check on the status of a lost item.

How can I apply for a position at the RMA?

Does RMA work with outside promoters or rent out the building for special events?
+

What time do doors open? What time does the show start?
+

The door and show times are listed on your ticket. The time shown online is generally the time that doors open for an event. The show will start about an hour after door time. You may check online in the Event Info tab for more information on door and show times.


Refunds or Exchanges?
+

If you have tickets to an upcoming show that has been cancelled, please reach out to your point of purchase. For more information, visit http://livenation.com/refund.

All ticket sales are final sales. There are no exchanges or refunds. If you have questions about your purchase, please contact the original point of sale for more information.
